AI and Order Copying Terms

Ask assistant (VIP plan)

• Ask is an AI assistant. It answers questions using a summary of your records. It is available only on the VIP plan and has a daily question limit.
• AI can be wrong. Answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check anything important against your firm's rules and your own records before acting on it.
• Your question and the summary needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model, and used only to produce your answer. Do not type information you do not want sent there, such as passwords or card numbers.
• We may change the model, limits or availability at any time.

Order copying

• Order copying sends real market orders from your browser, with your own TopstepX or other platform access, to the accounts you chose. It can lose real money, including funded and evaluation accounts.
• You are the one trading. You choose the leader, the followers, the size and when it runs. We do not manage your accounts, place trades on our own, or give trading advice.
• Copying only runs while your browser tab is open, signed in and online. It can be delayed, skipped, duplicated, filled at different prices or fail because of your connection, the platform, the broker, the exchange, market conditions or our software. We do not promise orders are copied, or copied exactly, or in time.
• Your firm may ban or restrict copy trading, hedging or automation, or it may treat copied accounts as one trader. Check your firm's rules first. Using the feature against a firm's rules, and any resulting loss of an account or payout, is your responsibility.
• Always watch your positions on your platform. Use your platform's own tools to flatten or stop trading in an emergency. Do not rely on Trade Senior as your only safety net.
• Start small and test on a practice account before using real money.

Linked platforms

Your platform API key stays in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). Keep it secret, revoke it if you think it leaked, and only use keys and accounts you are allowed to use. We are not responsible for what a platform does with your key or accounts.
